LifeSys Education: How to Create Users (Clone)

Origin (Role: PACS Admin, Professor, Student)

• This will be setup by Customer Support. Adding any additional Origin roles may require professional services engagement.

Clone (Professor, Student)

1. On your worklist, you will select "User Management" in the upper right Corner.
   
2. Click on User Management button.
3. User Management Window will appear.
   
4. Select the "Add New User" Button.
5. New User Window will appear.
   
6. Enter:
   1. User ID: (i.e. jsmith)
   2. User Name: (i.e. John Smith)
   3. Password
   4. Confirm Password
   5. Select FAF from Origin: Professor or Student
   6. Click on "Save new user" button
